What shipping carrier does Kooroo use?
USPS carries most of our ceramic and printed products. Orders will ship from our studio within 3-5 business days. If you’d like to hurry your order along, please contact us at (316) 285-0806 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any additional cost for rushing orders will be paid in full by buyer.
*Please note that all international orders must ship USPS.
Our $10 shipping rate applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges will apply for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and any other non-continental territory.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
All orders are subject to availability. If inventory is not immediately available, we will let you know by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order that there is a wait for the next issue of your first choice item. If the item is out of stock permanently, you will receive a refund for that item. If you’d like to change your out-of-stock purchase order and receive inventory we have available, we are always more than happy to help you find a substitute.
How are prints packaged for shipping?
ship all of our prints in a flat reinforced package because we prefer
to keep our prints laying flat rather than rolled into tubes.
How are the animal banks packaged for shipping?
To pad our
animal friends on their journeys, we use Expandos, which can sometimes

Does Kooroo ship internationally?
Yes, and gladly. However, any additional international shipping charges will be paid in full by the buyer. All tariffs, customs fees and duties are also the responsibility of the buyer. For additional help regarding an international order, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that, due to the extensive journeys Kooroo Animals must make for international orders, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All international orders ship USPS.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns - Online orders:
Kooroo products, excluding letterpress prints, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
All letterpress print sales are final.
If you’d like to return your Kooroo Animal(s) for a full refund, please ship your item(s) to the address below, being sure to include your receipt. All online orders must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Products must also arrive free of defects, in the condition of their original shipping. If you cannot locate the corrugated box that the product came in, please use an equivalent box with equal or greater padding to ensure a safe and comfortable journey back to us. If the product arrives in an acceptable condition, a refund will be granted. The refund will include the cost of the product and the initial shipping charge. The charge for return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchanges - Online orders:
If you’d like to exchange your Kooroo Animal(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
to request an exchange and select your new item(s). All exchanges must
be postmarked by shipping carrier within 30 days of original purchase
date. Once we have received your returned product, we will process your
new order. You will be charged or refunded the difference in the
purchase price of your items. You will also be charged current shipping
rates for the new order. Due to the limited edition numbers of some
Kooroo products, we cannot guarantee that the item you have ordered for
exchange will be available more than 15 days after your request for
The original product(s) must be returned free of defects, in the condition of their original shipping, for an exchange to be granted. If the replacement you have requested is no longer available, current shipping rates will apply for shipping your previous product back to you.
Please note that Kooroo limited edition family numbers are likely to change with returns and exchanges. For example, if you initially received a No. 2 Elephant and want to exchange it for a limited edition Lion, you will likely receive a different number within the family of 25.
